Returns & exchanges

We are happy to accept unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached, within 30 days of ship date for a full refund or credit to be used on a future order.

To initiate the return process, please reach out to our support team at hello@ericalyons.com with your order number. After receiving a shipping label for qualifying purchases, simply mail back the items you wish to return with the order confirmation page inside the package.

If your item does not qualify for free returns, you can mail back the items you wish to return along with the order confirmation page inside the package using the shipping method of your choice to the following address:

We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package.

Refunds

Once we receive and validate your return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase. It may take 5 days for the refund to process.

Exchanges

Although all our products go through a 100% inspection in our Rhode Island warehouse, damages may happen! We offer free exchanges on the same item for all defective items. If the item is no longer available, we will provide you with credit to be used on a different item.

International Orders

We offer no returns or exchanges on international items.
